2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.
  • This email will include your tracking number(s).
  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

4. Shipping Providers

We work with trusted logistics partners, which may include DHL, USPS, FedEx, and other carriers.

As a dropshipping store, we work with multiple suppliers worldwide. As a result, items may be shipped from different warehouse locations depending on product availability.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Moosetop.store is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs, taxes, and customs charges, are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Lost or Damaged Items

  • We are not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team as soon as possible to begin a claim.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim, as they may be required during the claims process.


7. Split Shipments

For logistical reasons, items purchased in the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was selected.

If this happens, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.


8. Delivery Issues and Address Errors

  • Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
